Customer Preparation Sheet

Please read through the checklist below so your car is prepped and ready for our wash services. It takes two minutes and it makes your appointment go smoothly.

• If possible, please be present when we arrive so the keys are handed directly to us for your wash. Please come check out with us once your wash is complete so you can inspect your shine. If you cannot be present, please coordinate with Drip-N-Shine through the Fieldd app chat with the necessary details.
• Please have your vehicle parked in an accessible, appropriate and safe area to ensure a smooth service.
• Please park or position your vehicle so our mobile wash driver can pull up as close to your vehicle as needed — preferably within 10 feet.
• Please make sure the wash area will not block traffic, or that traffic can safely go around if the wash is street side. Our drivers are happy to recommend where and how to park if needed — just contact us through the Fieldd app.
• Please have personal items, valuables, firearms and other weapons removed from the vehicle prior to our arrival.
• Please have all windows and any sunroof or moonroof closed.
• Please ensure there are no harmful spills or products in the car, such as pesticides, fiberglass, bodily fluids or other hazardous materials.
