Neighborhood Wash Day
The single easiest thing a board or a social committee can offer residents: pick a Saturday, and we bring the whole operation to the neighborhood. We set up at the clubhouse, the pool lot, or a resident's driveway, and neighbors book time slots through the day.
It costs the HOA nothing. We bring our own water and our own power, so there is no meter to share, no hose to run, and nothing to plug in.

The more neighbors sign up, the less everyone pays
This is the part people like. The rate is set by the final head count, and it applies to everybody — including whoever signed up first:
- 4–6 vehicles — 10% off for everyone
- 7–9 vehicles — 15% off for everyone
- 10 or more — 15% off for everyone, plus a complimentary quick wax on every vehicle
Sign-ups close 48 hours before the day so we can plan the schedule. Whatever tier the final count lands in is the rate every household gets. Nobody is penalised for booking early, and the neighbors end up doing the reminding for us.
These are the tiers we start from. We settle the exact structure with your board before anything goes out to residents — every neighborhood wants something slightly different.
Three ways a board can run it
- Zero-cost amenity. The HOA promotes the date and does nothing else. Residents book and pay individually. The board gets to offer something genuinely useful without touching the budget — which, for most boards, is the whole appeal.
- HOA-sponsored. The association buys the day or covers part of each wash, and residents pay a reduced rate or nothing at all. This works well as a thank-you after a dues increase, a construction project, or a long stretch of road work.
- A standing date. The same Saturday every quarter, printed on the community calendar. Spring and fall are the obvious ones — oak pollen in spring, love bugs in September. Residents stop having to think about it.
Why we are actually allowed in your neighborhood
Most mobile washers get turned away for one of three reasons. We built around all three:
- Noise. We run a quiet electric generator, not a gas engine. Nobody's Saturday morning gets ruined, and we can start early without a single complaint call to the board.
- Water. We carry our own, filtered spot-free. No resident's hose bib, no shared meter, no argument about who paid for it. A controlled-volume hand wash also uses a fraction of what a driveway hose does, which matters during Hill Country watering restrictions.
- Runoff and products. Eco-friendly, low-tox products with SDS documentation, and nowhere near the volume that sends suds down the street. If your board has a stormwater clause, we can speak to it directly.
We are licensed and insured, and we will send a certificate of insurance to your management company before the date is announced. Most boards ask for it; the ones that do not, should.
The HOA's own vehicles count too
Gate and maintenance trucks, clubhouse shuttles, golf carts and community utility vehicles are usually the most neglected vehicles in any neighborhood, and they are the ones with the association's name on the side. Add them to the wash day and they fall under the same volume pricing as everyone else.
