How does scheduling work?
Your visits are booked in advance on the day and time you choose. Need to move one? Just reach out with at least 24 hours' notice and we'll find another slot.
Do unused visits roll over?
No — visits are use-it-or-lose-it each month, which is what keeps the price per wash low.
Does a membership cover more than one vehicle?
No. Each membership covers one vehicle and can't be shared with other cars, family or friends. Most multi-car households run a club on the daily driver and book the second car as needed at the 20% member discount.
What happens if it rains?
We reschedule weather days at no charge.
Which wash do I start with?
Every club starts with an Ultimate Drip, unless you'd rather begin somewhere else.
Can I try a wash first?
Absolutely. Book a Standard Drip or Ultimate Drip and decide afterward — we'll credit nothing against the club, but you'll know exactly what you're signing up for.
