How fleet pricing actually works
Two of our washes make sense for a work fleet. The other five are built for personal vehicles — wax, interior conditioning, mat shampoo — and you should not be paying us to condition the dash of a truck that hauls ladders.
- Express Hand Wash — about 45 minutes a vehicle. Pre-soak foam, cannon foam shampoo, gentle hand wash, spot-free rinse, towel and blow dry. This is the one that keeps a fleet looking maintained.
- Maintenance Hand Wash — the same process with real time spent on the parts that actually get filthy on a work vehicle: wheels, tires, wheel wells and door jambs. This is the reset.

What moves the price
Three things, and none of them are negotiating tricks:
- How many vehicles are at one stop. One drive out, one setup, one teardown. That is where the savings are genuinely real, so that is where the discount is.
- Whether it is a standing schedule. A booked, repeating slot is worth more to us than a phone call in a slow week, and we would rather pass that back than pretend otherwise.
- Vehicle size and how hard the vehicle works. A full-size truck takes longer than a sedan. Construction and landscape equipment is a different job entirely — we quote that separately.
Volume pricing, at one location, same visit
- 3–4 vehicles — 10% off our published rates
- 5–7 vehicles — 15% off
- 8 or more — let's talk. At that point the route and the timing matter more than a percentage does.
- Standing weekly, bi-weekly or monthly schedule — another 5% on top
What that looks like in real numbers
Six full-size trucks at your yard, on a standing schedule:
- Express Hand Wash — around $51 a truck, about $306 a visit
- Maintenance Hand Wash — around $68 a truck, about $408 a visit
Sedans and mid-size SUVs run lower than that; 19-foot vans run a little higher. Mixed fleets are normal, and we price them vehicle by vehicle rather than averaging everything together.
The cadence we actually recommend
Not every wash has to be the deep one. The pattern that keeps a fleet presentable without overpaying for it:
A Maintenance Hand Wash once a month, with an Express Hand Wash in between.
For a six-truck fleet that is roughly $714 a month across two visits — one deep clean and one keep-it-sharp pass, two weeks apart. No truck goes more than about fourteen days without a wash, which in Central Texas is roughly how long it takes for a clean truck to stop looking clean.
Every fleet is different. These are the numbers we start from, not a take-it-or-leave-it menu — the real quote comes after we know your vehicle mix, where they park and how dirty they actually get.
We bring everything
No hose bib, no outlet, no hookup of any kind:
- Our own water, filtered spot-free, so hard Central Texas water does not dry into mineral spots on a dark truck
- Our own power — a quiet electric generator rather than a gas engine, which is why we are welcome in office parks and gated lots early in the morning
- Eco-friendly, low-tox products with SDS documentation, if your safety officer asks for it
- Licensed and insured, with a certificate of insurance available for your file before we set foot on the lot
We work around your day — early, before the trucks roll out; midday while they sit; or after the last one is back. Whichever costs you the least time.
Fleets this works well for
- Service trucks that double as your advertising — HVAC, plumbing, electrical, pest control, mobile repair
- Real estate, insurance and medical offices where staff vehicles sit in one lot all day
- Property management and community maintenance vehicles
- Shuttle vans, Sprinters and box vans with graphics that need to stay legible
- Small dealership lots that need vehicles presentable without sending them through a tunnel
And the ones we will be straight with you about
Heavy construction equipment, dump trucks and landscape rigs caked in caliche are not a good fit for a hand wash on our current setup. We would be charging you detail money for a job that wants heavy equipment. If that is most of your fleet, you will hear that on the phone rather than after the invoice.
Start with one truck
Pick your worst-looking vehicle. We will wash it at our normal published rate — no contract, no commitment, no minimum. If it comes back the way we say it will, we will build a schedule around your actual routes.
Text 512-949-9088 with how many vehicles you run, what kind they are, and where they park. That is enough for a real quote.
